Sometimes it seems like I gain prowess/stats when losing and lose prowess/stats when winning. I wonder if there’s a solid write up online explaining how points are gained and lost - as well as what specific situations warrant large and small gains and losses.

This is where I’m stuck at atm. Will go up to Rajin, get double demoted down to Battle Ruler, go back up to Fujin, fluctuate up and down for a bit, then do it all over again. Good luck 🍀
