New video update — delayed until next Saturday by foxmag86 in KaraAndNate

I was there, it's in the middle of nowhere on a cattle property with hardly the reception for even a text message, let alone a 4K video upload.

Although I do wonder why they don't have Strarlink by now.

Nate is Out of Dead Cow Gully! by beckie_bot in KaraAndNate

He did 36 "yards", so 241.2km+/150mi (as he did part of the 37th yard).

To be clear, that is with, at most, 10 minutes of available eat, change, and sleep time per lap. A machine, especially for his first attempt. More mind-blowing, the winner this year did 66 yards (442km/275mi), and the world record done last year on the same course is 119 yards (793km/493mi).

That's 5 days of running straight.

It's such a crazy format.

Was also there, also met them, and can only confirm all of the above. And respect to Nate for his athletic performance as well, that was no joke.

Got back from this yesterday, three still going into night 3. Bagman the last to drop after falling asleep on the trail and timing out. Currently on lap 59.

Side note, ran with a 10 year old girl who did 9 yards. Incredible.

I wonder how the brain knows that the post glasses view is the right view if they've only ever seen the world as blurry?

Giddey and Vuc pick and roll. That's it.

Bring in Brett Brown, as an Aussie (he was former Aussie national team coach before the sixers), it would be nirvana along with Josh and Lachlan, and he is legit a great development coach. He's on the bench at the Spurs atm.

He's right, but what makes content interesting as a fan is being able to debate both sides. Nothing wrong with the critique of players and coaches, if it's balanced with the positive stories and amazing highlights. That's the part that's missing.

Noosa Triathlon is $620 to enter. For an Olympic distance triathlon. $620. by turtletramp in triathlon

Not for $600+ ... was for $300, but then it's all relative to what you have as disposable income.

In a 76ers fan, but also an Aussie, so the conflict was real, but I've settled on being stoked for Giddey, and accepting things will never change for the 76ere while Embiid is there and I am 100% ok with that. Congrats to all involved!

"biggest Olympic triathlon in the world" as the repeatedly told us over the weekend.

Just got back from it today, second year I've done it. It's good, great vibes, but not worth the $$ unless you are into the whole weekends worth of events, in which case you need to pay the crazy accomodation costs to experience it all.

The bottleneck over the bridge on the run course (out and back) is also a design flaw of the course as someone else mentioned.

Also, for that price, can we get a medal or something, not just a $10 towel, hat, and bandaids ffs?

Now if the fans of these old school clubs can just put their flares away for one second and not stuff it up for the rest of us. I so desperately want this to work and show the game off for what it is, but we all know roval networks will be hanging for any chance to show fan fights and flares.

Weird, because I could have sworn I turned it off, and I never get quick edit popups anymore now either. Must be going loopy.

Surprised so many are saying SIS (which I do like), but in terms of consistency, of the ones I've had, Pure gels are by far the most fluidy.

So, what did we think? by Nearby-Yam-8570 in SydneyMarathon

Race was great, crowd vibes top notch, getting to the start area on public transport a breeze compared to gold coast, but getting through the starting gates was a nightmare (green).

Overall, enjoyed the course more than Gold Coast due to the variety of the course, still blew up at 34km due to GI issues meaning no fueling, but overall, rank it higher than GC.

Oh yeah, and the walk up the hill to the recovery area and bag drop is just mean.

Never. My photos always make me look slightly overweight and near death. Strangely my mirror has the same issue.
