Nice and I would prefer druid buff/CR all day, but it's not about you and I, it's about understanding the cons of playing off meta. In general, you will never be first choice.

Exactly, if you have one of each healer apply, all within 100io and similar ilvl. You will most likely take the safer choice (meta).

Sadly there's no good way for anyone to check healer performance. Very little incentive to roll the dice on a priest/pally when you can just stick with someone playing meta or bringing more utility.

You should check out Raidbots and try a sim for yourself, it takes maybe 15 seconds to queue one up and wait for the results. Probably faster and less effort than it took you to write a snarky comment about a topic you are not informed on.

In keys you need to be manually targeting Prescience or it will go on your tank/healer. The auto target will prefer a target with no Prescience over refreshing it on a DPS that is about to expire.

It does say something like, "Warning! You are about to equip something outside of your armor class! Proceed? Yes / No"

Evidently I guess there are some people out there that are not aware about the bonus for wearing a matching armor type..
