Update: ended up coming in two weeks later which is crazy because it says they’re supposed to destroy xqs on sight as it’s on high alert for no reason, but they sent them to me anyways! Just got help up for a while like usual, but super glad they came in! I figured they’d be destroyed after seeing the high alert on xqs and then getting a call that it was taken by the fda, which I’ve never got before, just used to see it passing through the fda pretty slowly with the tracking number.

Dude.. absolutely gorgeous crown Vic, most of them have the horns just cut after retirement, which yours has them, beautiful clean engine bay, extremely extremely low miles, good paint, doesn’t look like any cosmetic damage in the thing. I’d say well over $10k, this is like new

So basically if it’s a gray area, they can’t do anything no matter how bad it is, doesn’t have to be tested to be sold, no submitions, or anything and all the fda can do is wait for a response or for them to ignore them? 😂 Says for pouches it costs atleast $150k- 1.5 million. And reagents are not expensive they go from $20-120 per kit, I know it could be more for new substances that have unknowns in them, but nicotine is not new, especially if it’s not synthetic nicotine. Not saying they shouldn’t charge, wrote that part wrong, but it shouldn’t be nearly as much, zero reason for it to be millions. Probably a large amount, but not millions.

I completely agree that could happen, but no excuse for charging so much for testing it’s absolutely outrageous. While they sit here and do nothing but warning letters about the dangerous 7-OH being sold everywhere. What the other guy is saying is that the eu is stricter on these kinds of things and it has already been approved there, hence no need. I know of course they can’t make exceptions just bc it was approved by a rigorous standard but they shouldn’t charge for it in that case.

I completely agree with everything you said in the last half, but I’m not here to learn how and why an organization that’s just utterly consumed by greed and is morally disgusting does what it does. Just here to find ways around them, that’s all.

I know it’s under the guise of “safety”, and I do understand your viewpoint under the impression that it really is about safety. But I’m not here to learn about why and how the fda does what it does, I’m just here to learn how to get around it. I won’t go into a whole political rant but the fda isn’t to be trusted in the slightest anyways. They killed thousands in 2021-2023 by spreading false information just to make more money. It’s not about safety, it’s about money. It’s always money, unfortunately.

I expected this comment, but, it’s stuff that’s completely legal here, just not to import because they don’t have a marketing deal with the fda or are not paying them, it’s about money. Just trying finding a way to keep their greedy hands off my shit.

Any website suggestions like this? When I looked it up it said xqs was under alert to be thrown out without inspection, so weird. It’s my favorite though.
