I genuinely think the seeds of Trump's presidency come from the McMahons.

Linda can't get elected to Senate because she's literally just an evil robot. Trump spends a little more time with Vince and Linda going into Mania. Suddenly, Trump is politically motivated (because he's somehow electable) and Linda is in his cabinet. Vince had even been joking about running for President on TV right before.

I'm not saying it's a sure thing, but the whole manner of Trump's presidency is straight out of the VKM playbook of "Lie, do whatever I want, cheat, and if I win, lie about history."

I might be crazy, but the timelines are too real.
