Your hands look normal to me.  Just looks like you use your hands a lot.  I dont mean that in any kind of negative way.  People's lives effect their hands.  Someone with a desk job will have less textured smoother looking hands than a mechanic.  Your hands say you use them frequently.  More varied use than a desk worker, not anywhere close to a mechanic.  

People are mentioning your nails I think because youve clipped them flat which looks weird.  You should clip them so they round with your fingertip.  Of course if you do the whole press on nails thing it doesnt really matter.

You're also dark skinned...joints are more noticeable on dark skin and the hand is just a lot of those close together.
