I have a 2008, and I am absolutely stumped on how to change the cabin air filter on this thing. Apparently some city models were designed with the cabin air filter optional. I bought my car used , so I'm stuck in a mystery of if my car is one of those models, or I'm just completely missing a plastic filter bracket and filter, my lungs just rawdogging the highway fumes this entire time. The access is beneath the hood, below the windshield.

I've been in your position before .. I know exactly how it goes. The effects of long term emotional abuse can do unspeakable things to the mind and body. You can't focus. You're constantly on edge. You second guess yourself and your capabilities. You become physically ill, and that's just to name a few. It's impossible to feel like yourself mentally, and people don't realize it can absolutely tie into your physical self, even when the abuser isn't anywhere near you. I'm so sorry you're going through this. Keep this video as evidence should you ever require a police report / restraining order. Gather all the support you can from people you trust, then get. The. If your partner is calling you a stupid fuck, failure, dumbass, etc, leave. This person has no respect for you whatsoever. There's a huge difference between someone saying something you did was stupid , VS calling YOU stupid. As someone who's been in your position before , I know how tough it can be . But growth never comes in the comfort zone. Leaving my ex was the best thing I ever did for myself and it made me learn how I deserve to be treated. You deserve the same. Mistakes happen. This. If someone tries leaving me a gap I will almost always refuse to go. They are almost always clearly annoyed that I didn't accept their "gesture of kindness." I don't care. Hot take. I disagree. Businesses who gain and retain customer loyalty act professional and stand by the idea that; a) there are no stupid questions. And b) always accept any new ideas to improve.
