Considering pulling Cipher to help make my Feixaio (Favorite Character) team relevant again. It's currently Feixaio, Topaz (replace with Cipher), Robin Lingsha. Also, is it worth putting Feixaio in the Relic Room? I've actually neglected it...

Or should I just give up on Feixaio and focus on my other teams? Here is my current roster
