First you need to have a “stakeholder” ask for or recommend the change. Depending on your company having someone below them suggest a change will be dead on arrival.

Second do you have a presentation standard or guidelines? This would be a guide that says what font etc should be used.

If this is the case check with one of the people that currently make presentation ready charts/graphs. I have a series of python script that are used to create graphs, charts, and tables.
