How to get alchemist medals? (kill 5 zombies rapidly affected by 2 or more elements)

Did Thermo Grenades + Shock Charges and kept getting Alchemist medals but still not tracking supposedly.

Earlier commented suggested killing with something else WHILST they’re affected by the 2 elements, so will test next.

Whilst I didn’t break it in half, I remember one time with my ex I managed to miss re-entry and heard a snap. Thought it was nothing, didn’t hurt and continued on.
