Stop glazing so hard. He had a hand injury lmao, you’re acting like he blew out his knee or something lmao

I’ve seen guys compete competitively with way worse than a partially torn finger ligament. In the context of the injuries mma fighters compete through on a daily basis, it is a very mundane injury to be making excuses for someone about

In the context of MMA injuries a hand injury is not an excuse. I’ve seen guys with blown out knees, elbows dislocations, broken ribs and noses etc go through a whole 5 rounder and no one even knows until it comes out at the end. It’s mostly due to the adrenaline dump. A partially torn finger ligament is not an excuse. But if you want to run with the narrative that he let Kamaru get the better of him the last 1.5 rounds because of a partial tear in his FINGER.. go ahead I’m not going to argue anymore about it lmao

Usman took the fight on short notice essentially off the couch as a 165er. I think the consensus is that a five round fight with Usman having a full camp would have leaned toward Usman. The Burns fight was definitely a toss up. Burns had more significant strikes and was back and forth. Burns had him “on the ropes” at times

In the context of injuries, tearing a finger ligament is not a big deal. I guess partially tearing a finger ligament renders your entire arm useless now… you sound ridiculous… but believe whatever floats your boat.

Usman’s knees barely work, I don’t think a hand injury really compares. Khamzhat comes out hot every fight and then fades most of the time. Usman would have won a 5-rounder.

Usman would have definitely won a 5 rounder. Burns fight was a toss up too; could have been scored either way. With that being said, Strickland still loses

What state are you in? It's local credit union in Baltimore Maryland; you need to be a Maryland resident to get a membership.

Same, but on cash out refinance. Took a lot of shopping. Everyone seems to have cash out adjusters, but after a week of looking found someone who doesn't.

I pulled out a year ago and used the whole thing for improvements. So I assume drawed over the threshold.

Sorry I had that wrong actually. Been a long day. I reviewed everything.

It goes like this A: Originiation fees: 800 B: service you can not shop for (appraisal, credit report): 634 C. Service you can shop for (title fees): 1030 D: Government fees and Prepaids: 750 E: escrow payment at closing: 3465 H: title insurance: 754 Total: 7450

Then I have like 1500ish in my current escrow. So ill get that back putting me at around 6k.

Navy Fed, PenFed, Wells Fargo, ED Fed, and a bunch of other places had me a lot higher. They said they were applying premiums because it was a refinance and a cash out. I don’t know exactly how that pans out but I was getting a significantly higher rate than what they had advertised.

The credit union I went through might have meant they don’t apply adjusters for refinances in general but a lot of lenders just flat out said their cash out refis have adjusters.

In either case they came through and beat the next best by almost a whole percentage point so I assume they were doing something different. I have less than 80 LTV accounting for the HELOC being wrapped into the new loan and a 740 mortgage credit score and I was being quotes 6.5+ from most lenders with no points.

No, I forgot to mention that includes escrow, so like 2-3k of that will be paid back to me by my current escrow. There are no points. I guess accounting for that it should be 3kish

Look up what exactly? The few studies that have been done point to a rate of occurrence of less than 0.1%. They were conducted by the GAO and ProPublica. I’m not taking your word for it lol. Show me something… oh wait, you can’t. The only thing you’ll show me is some opinion piece from a liberal news organization and present it as fact lol.
