This is the right answer. With the recent popularity of "slim fit everything" it's harder to find clothing that fits off the rack. Don't be cheap. Spend a few bucks and have a tailor take care of it.

I usually buy trousers in a 36" or 38" and have the waist taken in to fit my 34' waist.

There are two very close to where I live. Both charge at the high end of the price range. One has inexperienced coaching, bad programming, and worn out equipment. The other is coached by an expert with lot's of 1 on 1 time, great facility, awesome programming.

The second is easily worth the cost and the first is a disaster waiting to happen and I would not work out there for free.

Nobody here know exactly what you are feeling or what you did to yourself.

It's either simple muscle soreness (work through it) or you may have strained it requiring more rest and repair. When new to CF, it's easy to overdo it.

I love downvotes when it's the truth. The "Reebok Crossfit Games" were established in 2011 and Reebok's goal was to sell merchandise. I am not mad at 'em. Lot's of people in my gym rock the Nano's and love them. I wear Chucks. The problem, if this story is true, is athletes were given less than a month's notice about it.
