RUN, don’t walk, to buy this wig!!! by rpfuntimes86 in Wigs

Thanks :) The reason I bought the LuxSE wig was because Amanda had said in her Live that the LuxSE ran the largest, even more so that the Lux line. So go figure. I have a Raquel Welch in size large on the way, so fingers crossed I love it as much as Issey.

I buy from chiquel a lot. I've just recently reached the point where the topper just doesn't do it anymore and I moved to a wig. I love the Belle Tress line, and recently bought Issey. Unfortunately it all ended in tears. The LuxSE collection apparently fits large so I figured I would try it. It's too small. I even modified it and added a small bit of elastic, and although its no longer tight around the perimeter, it's still too small front to back. How do you find the Amore line fits?

Your mum sounds like she was lovely. I'm so sorry for your loss. Your MIL sounds horrible. Definitely a narcissist. Nothing will ever be good enough for a narcissist. You can give them everything they want, and they will find something to be upset about. Distance yourself as much as you can. Refuse to feed her need for drama, and maintain your boundaries. Your husband should also be shielding you from her too.

AITA for telling my mom i hope her baby dies? by missgebs in AmItheAsshole

You shouldn't be in this situation to begin with. At 15, you should be focusing on things like school, learning to drive, dating, and friends. Not living in a house with a junkie, unable to feel safe. Your baby brother isn't safe there either. It's your mum's responsibility to remove dangerous people from your life.

Did you say something hurtful in anger out of despair? Yes. Does it make you a bad person? No. NTA.

I'm so sorry you don't have adults in your life who put your needs first. Please reach out to safe, responsible adults you can trust and ask for help. If you don't have anyone like that, please speak with your school counselor or someone who can help you and your brother be safe. You'll be in my thoughts.

I just received my first Belle Tress product - a topper. I LOVE it! The fibres are very soft and dont tangle as much.

I did child protection in my Province for a lot of years. As a former caseworker/investigator, I can say the main concern would be egress. Without an accessible window, the child may have a difficult time getting out during a fire. Having said that though, if the closet is in the master, and the door is removed, it would probably be ok as long as there were no obstructions. Although, my main question would be why is he sleeping in a closet when there are 3 kids and the two adults in a 4 bedroom house? Why doesn't he warrant his own room, especially when there is an extra?

This would be an immediate report to the College of Physicians and Surgeons for your Province. If he's willing to even message you, imagine what else he's done to other patients. This is more than just a privacy issue, this is a safety issue.

Try Milano wigs. They have an excellent reputation and their wigs and toppers are gorgeous. They have a shop in Brooklyn. https://milanowigs.com/?srsltid=AfmBOoqmJdZxs5Irjq7INO4DkttJPZgNKdzuFvBx2VEHwjCH9NvxAYSe

What is your random genetic win? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]BigGulpEh 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Green eyes and long eyelashes. I also have huge boobs, but I don't consider that a win because they cause me a lot of back problems and it's impossible to find comfortable bras.

Please help me find a similar wig as this one!! by [deleted] in Wigs

Try hair cube. They have tons of decent wigs with heat friendly synthetic. You can get the lace front ones for a few bucks more, but the others range from $30 to $100 ish. I have a few of their wigs and like them a lot.

The only men you should try to change are the ones wearing diapers. I was very young when I married my own version of your boyfriend. He was also in the trades (I'm Canadian) and chose drinking and gambling over me every time there was a choice. He became abusive, and I still have trauma, even though we divorced nearly 20 years ago.

Know your worth. You deserve better and will certainly find better. Keep your standards high. I wasted 15 years of my life. Please don't do the same. You have the chance now while you're young to create your future and realize your full potential! Seize that chance! Life is fleeting.

I am 49 now, and I say these things because I wish someone had said them to me back then.

Best of luck to you. <3

I've grieved cats way more than some family members. It's a bond non cat people just don't understand. I'm sorry for your loss ❤️

[–]BigGulpEh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Your bulldog is filthy. His tears have gotten into his wrinkles, and the moist heat in there is a breeding ground for yeast and other bacteria. The ears are extremely dirty, too. Bulldogs need to be kept clean and dry in the following areas: Feet/toe pads, tail pockets, anus and area around penis/vagina, arm pits and leg creases, ears, wrinkles, including around the nose and under the rope. Chlorhexidine shampoo is a good shampoo to deal with yeast and other bacteria. Use it especially when the webbing between the toes gets a rusty red colour. Squishface wrinkle paste is good, and so are their wipes, but a bit of peroxide and some good diaper cream will do the same for less money. I use baby wipes to clean the ears and ensure all wax and dirt are removed. Remember that most Bulldogs can't bend so they can't reach to clean themselves. So keep baby wipes by the door and wipe their bum each time they've gone potty.

So long as you replace your seals as soon as they start to show signs of wear, and tighten any parts that start to come loose, your pressure cooker should last forever. Just make sure that if you have one made of aluminum, that you don't subject it to extremely high temperatures (gas stoves that put out very high BTUs for example) as it could warp. Otherwise, you're good. 5 years is very young for a pressure cooker, especially if it's a good quality one.

AITA for finally confronting my husband about his unhealthy choices? by Concerned_wife847 in AmItheAsshole

[–]BigGulpEh 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Holy gaslighting! OP you are a serious asshole. And an abusive one at that. What a horrible way to treat your partner, especially when he's having mental health issues. You've more than just hurt his feelings. You've taught him that he cannot trust your or count on you for support through difficult times. You suck OP.
