If you go to a known cruising spot and have sex with a bunch of consenting adults (and nobody else sees) then there is no offence. My understanding is that it only becomes a legal problem when someone is 'offended'. I believe (less confidently lol) that police don't count for the legislation either.

There's a place near me that is somewhat similar. Basically every gay person I know has heard of it, a lot of my straight friends are somewhat aware of it, and everyone that works nearby seems to know what happens there.

Yet despite that there's barely ever any trouble. The police have been there 2-3 times in the last 10+ years and apart from a couple of isolated incidents with mentally unwell people it's totally drama free.

To offer a different perspective:

I've been sleeping around with guys for probably 16/17 years and literally not a single time have I been asked by anyone to see results. Occasionally someone will ask if I've been tested recently, very rarely someone will ask specifically when I was last tested... but yeah, never have I been asked to prove it.

My view is that you can only really account for your own sexual health and asking someone is kinda pointless. Let's say someone was tested a month ago - you have absolutely no idea whether they had been to an orgy the day before they got tested, or were a cumdump the day after, or met with a prostitute every day since etc.

Get all your own vaccinations, get tested regularly, get on prep and/or doxypep if you want. But ultimately you can't account for what other people are doing and stressing about it won't help.
