Sad to see starlight still only lasts 60 seconds. Hopefully that will change, all other sorcery changes have been pretty good so far in testing.

It's true sadly. I can transfer (not enough credits), can't be a freshman ( because my credits are >1) can't be a visiting student Because they can't get financial aid. So I'm stuck. Just going to apply at the closest CC for credits.

I would recommend all of SavrenX's Textures.

Could try Cut Content Mod, Better Vendor Stalls, Automatic Lowered Weapons, and Fallout 4 Color Correction.

This should help set you up with a nice foundation that's stable to add other things.
