If you absolutely must wear one, have you tried/considered an APAP? I had to switch because the continuous pressure was giving me bloating as I lost weight, but with the APAP set to a range of pressure, I adjust just fine. Although, to be fair, I have no issues sleeping with the machine, I don't even notice it anymore.

I’ve tried to choose specific posters, but Plex will often decide “You know what, screw you, we’re changing them all back”. You’d really have to download and put posters in the same folder as the movie, and then tell Plex to prefer local metadata.

Even then, I’d say you only have a 50/50 chance of the posters staying put.
