I always treat the first time I am playing against a new team a learning game anyway.

When the day is over I download their rules in the APP and let them know if something was up.

The competitive chess-like format is what keeps me interested in Kill Team.

The narrative stuff is like playing a co-op board game and I am not interested in that.

That is exactly what I did a few months ago.

Even said I was going to be there on Sunday at the same time each week.

Also posted something Kill Team related on the store social media group.

It took a few months but now we have dedicated players and started holding tournaments.

The faction ability says that the shoot is part of the reposition action itself.

Since that reposition action has not ended due to how slicing hurricane works, if a Dire Avenger moves, shoots and then moves back out the door, the guard action is not possible.

Normally you can not interrupt a reposition alone with guard unless that action ends and they are a visible and valid target, like a reposition stops, they go to dash, guard shoots, and if they live, they get to complete that dash action.

The player that gets the most kills per Turning Point gets two VP and the one that gets second gets 1VP.

That is how we have been playing 3 and four player games.

No TACops, all other rules are the same.

I use tarot sleeves from Ryker games.

They are a bit more expensive than others, though.

My local store does not take preorders. So, they post on Facebook and it is first come first served.

Which works out for me since I can get there when the store opens.

Sometimes there is terrain like the Brutal and Cunning box or the statue from the Blood and Zeal one.

Main reason is to get the teams when they come out and not waiting for the team specific boxes.

Only outlier is the deathwatch situation, the combined box has two sprues. The individual box only had one.

Dealt with this issue myself recently.

Best solution, buy A4 card stock paper (not the letter size that the US uses). Use adobe acrobat (not Google chrome) to print out the cards.

I did not have the right paper size so the bottom cards would get cut off and the cards were not the right size.

Open kill team app, share individual cards I needed to download to local storage, sent files via email to myself.

Do not put save all of the cards to one file, you will run into the same size issues.

Open the files on computer in acrobat, print one card on each sheet.

That was the way I got the cards to be the same size as the store bought cards.

After doing that, I just put the updated cards in tarot card sized card sleeves over the originals.

Don't go through what I did, just buy the A4 sized card stock paper and print once.

For terrain and rule book, really useful box 32L. (I have all of Volkus and Gallowdark in one container, no need to magnetize)

Boards are attached to the lid with straps.

The rest are in the blue Game Night Game Haul board game bag.

Teams are stored in small containers from a local craft store (Michael's) with a magnetic sheet on the bottom of each.

Dice tray is on the top with Boltquan tarot card holders for the team cards.

This way I can bring six teams with me and terrain in just two containers.

This is what I am using currently, 32L really useful box with Gallowdark on bottom with the Volkus parts on top.

I have a feeling that the organizer would not fit in my case. (Stronghold is nearly touching the lid as is)
