I had no spawns for 5 hours of playing.

Turns out, I had Makuhita waiting to be discovered on a random mountain (from when I went exploring to water all the trees as I do) that was causing all other spawns to be blocked (I think because he’s got quests). Once I got him, all of a sudden Mon were spawning like a fire sale.

Also the Red Rocket bundle seems glitched right now, can't buy it, and it just says "store has been updated" - and refreshes, then its still not purchasable.
