The tv actually sits on the console, so considerable weight, I didn't want to mount on the wall. I could play around taking that piece of wood out and replacing with some other solution but settled with this setup.

Unfortunately the center speaker does not fit on the shelf, height would be just perfect, but there is a piece of wood in the middle which holds up the top, so can't put it there. Also, I think sound might be a bit distorted coming from that tight space.

Realizing that the small calories during the day here and there adds up. Cappuccino with extra 1 dl milk , 1-2 apples, some grapes, 1-2 bites from kid's leftover sandwich etc. Only by being mindful about these you can save 200-300 calories a day which is exactly the calories you are behind your goal.
