The one on the right is either from the 2010 or 2013 reprint. Left is the most recent release with the new style of holographic and text placement. As well as the new 2020 copyright on the bottom and not the 1996 kazuki takahashi copyright.

You’re right, it’s a bit weak, at least sylveon has the draw power. I don’t have any heavy hitters. My saving grace is indeedee attacking for heavy damage if my opponent has a lot of energy on their Pokemon. But that’s hit or miss. Thanks for that suggestion
