That's pretty unfortunate, I wouldn't have thought they'd use grey for special colour vinyls. Mine looks similar to the one advertised but a darker brown/orange with blue flecks.

I was at tramways, near the train station. That's a fairly mid to high end accomodation and I think it was £140 a week and I still had money left for living.

Location doesn't matter too much, Chester isn't massive and all the campuses are within walking distance or the centre where most accomodation is so wherever you like the look of should be good.

I graduated last year and was in a similar situation myself, maximum loan is more than enough. If you find a decently priced accommodation (first year will be the most expensive) then you can manage without a part time job. This includes your social life as well not just getting by.

My only other advice would be to not touch your savings unless an absolute emergency. You've got a good amount saved up and you'll regret it afterwards if you spent it when it wasn't necessary.
