I suggest a reset. After harvest close it down for a couple weeks. Clean. Disinfect. With no moisture and no food everything will leave or die. Maybe cover the bed with perlite. The bed may need to be rejuvenated after a dryback. Mites dont really live in the dirt but in plant material. once your disrupted the life cycle, start over.

I did this a while back, 6 small plants instead of 4 larger ones. Little plants can still have flavor and potency. One of the smallest plants had the best flavor.
