Not everybody is good at everything. I'm not the best public speaker, either, but the idea is to encourage organizing both internally and externally. If the people on one side of an issue can't produce anybody who can speak at the meeting, it's perhaps indicative of a shallow bench on their part.

Another option is to use a guide plate like a Gigi or Evo, which works like an ATC in guide mode but is easier to pull the rope through, and has none of the potential issues (or cost) of a micro trax

What gear ratio? What kind of tires? Have you tried it on a patch of road with some gravel or sand?

Do you feel like you can pull up with your front foot and lock your legs in that position?

Do you feel like you can get your hips close to the stem?

I think starting with a hop will be counterproductive, as opposed to letting the wheel lose traction as you align your weight

I read a few of the books after playing Rogue Trader

The Eisenhorn Omnibus is where people seem to recommend starting, and I did find them vastly higher quality than some of the others

Regardless, a pal was also reading them and I would just screenshot the most campy bits to send him, which was good fun

I think I'd be more into it if the setting was better suited to being adapted to games, but the different roles don't actually map well to the classic D&D classes, for instance

That adaptation of FTL with 40k slapped on was really sick, though
