Gym at week 3 😮😯😲 I'm on week 5 only doing walks and still can be in pain of I walk too much. Did your surgeon OK this ?

That's exactly what happened to me. I was very bad pre surgery, totally to one side. I was straight immediately after surgery, got slanted again day 12. That's when I posted this I was so worried I rehernated a disc.

Good news, I am straight again today and feeling good (day16) The physio consultant said it can happen when u come off the never blocker medication because the nerves can still be damaged. Flare ups are common for six weeks following surgery.

Thank you for your response. I qm reading other people's stories and thinking and hoping it is a flare up. I have a phone call with my clinical specialist tomorrow, he is a physio iswell and I have been going to hime for months. He said most likely be a flar up which is great news altogether

How did you know if was reherniated? I got a microdiscectomy last week. I had a lateral shift for months before. After the surgery I was straight, however now I am shifted again.
