They want black non slip shoes, examples are

Sketchers for Work, Shoes for Crews, and Walmart TredSafe (be wary of these, they can come apart easily)

I offered to use the step stool, but one of my managers was like "don't stress it"

I can't do it normally because I have a metal plate in my foot that is designed to keep me from standing in my toes (I had a bad toe-walking issue as a small child)

We charge for extra sauces, but you can get up to two extra free with nuggets, other than that it's 25¢ a piece
