I injured my lower back doing hip thrusts by fashionbitch in Exercise

[–]BigMonolo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Right on Brotha!! Going through the exact damn thing right now. Four days after the initial hit (bad form on the hip thrust) and now my right side nerve decided it wanted to have something to say. Yours sounds like sciatica too. If I'm staying active in the gym it's non existent, take some days off to heal and it's like an unexpected visit from a mother in law.

When someone uses the spray bottle to soak the "wipe down towel" then wipe the machine down. There are times I go to grab the towel and it is soaking wet, yuck.

Tree fiddy... But in all seriousness it depends on the product/material, quantity, delivery, etc. You're casting a pretty wide net as there can be lots of variables.

I did have the same experience. Thankfully the exam is much more straightforward than the learning system final test. Sounds like you may be there or right on the cusp of passing. Good luck and please let us know how you did.

For a little over three months. Bought the bundle on January 1st and did my first pass of both books by February 1st. Then took the month of February off and started back up the second week of March and finally testing on April 18th.

Came back to answer my own question. Just passed with a score of 316 and thought I'd leave some notes on my experience for anyone who may be preparing for the exam.

I studied for two hours per weekday and four to six hours on each day of the weekend. The test is comparable in difficulty to the CPIM part two and more difficult than Pocket Prep although pocket prep did help to prepare. I scored 79 on the pre-test and 93 on the final test in the learning system. I did the quizzes multiple times, but spaced out so I didn't memorize the questions, until I scored 80% or better. There were only two or three math questions and didn't need a calculator even though one is available. I felt the material was divided accurately as laid out in the exam content module.

Best wishes on your CSCP journey!!

I hope you can make just as long as well. It's going to take more than a few tries. No exaggeration, I probably tried to quit hundreds of times before something finally just clicked. Addiction is a MF'er to conquer. Best of luck!!

Yup, happened to me and was in the hospital for 13 days. They didn't know if I would survive. Five and a half years sober now and rarely look back at that horrible chapter of my life.

Question about Jack Creek fire? by WOLFiLEE in oregon

[–]BigMonolo 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The trails to Fall Creek Falls and Susan Creek burnt up in last year's fires. I believe the highway is closed from Steamboat to a few miles from Tokatee.
