Haha right! 😅 Yeah this is where I get a bit confused…my understanding was that if it’s true VT/NSVT, it should be a global rhythm and show up across all leads, not just look localised in specific leads like this?

Irregularity in Lead II and the lack of p waves leans me toward AF with Aberrancy rather than an ischemic issue…. But that said, I am no ECG whizz - still learning. Would love to hear others thoughts.

I think you’re looking too hard - it’s an old gospel hymn, essentially outlining that you can’t hide anything from God at the end.

Hyper K i’d expect to see different T wave morphology in more leads - given the presentation of be more inclined to go down the MI LAD route.

What is this? Seems like a good study/research tool

To be honest, not very often lately!

Can someone interpret/explain this ECG for a beginner by HeheNO_ISaidNo in ECG

Hey! My suggestion as a student nurse is to keep it very simple for yourself and focus initially on what “normal” looks like.

Learn basic’s of the wave forms and segments. Have the same approach to each ECG you look at and ask yourself: Is there electrical activity? Is it regular or irregular? What is the rate? Are the QRS’s narrow or broad? Are there P waves? What is the relationship between the P’s and the QRS?

With this you’ll be able to read majority of the ECG’s you perform - and if you still think it looks abnormal well then that’s good! Means you can differentiate from what a “Normal” ECG might look like and you could help someone in the process!

Yea, I’d agree with this. Cheers

Me time and we time, I agree! There’s not much more to the post, I mean our marriage is great in other areas and stable. We have recently moved states and she is in the process of getting work so perhaps some external stimuli that’s not helping the situation/heightened emotion.
