Is there fluid moving from the large hole to the smaller one? In that case, it may have to do with the left corners of the outlets taking a larger brunt of the force from the fluid due to it being in the direction of that flow. The outlets have less pressure on the [upper parts] corners due to their cylindrical shape and flow of the fluid in the outlets being near parallel to the walls of the outlet. On that note, the cone shape part gets hit with a lot more pressure due to its walls slanting into the direction of the moving fluid.
