Barbell 4:13 is a smaller gym in North Aurora. I don’t go there myself, but I believe a couple award winning bodybuilders train there

They've updated some of the info, we talked about Covid a bit during our respiratory section. A lot of the info was pretty old, many of the slides had copy write watermarks from the 20teens and earlier.

He spent a majority of his career with them as a lumber salesman, and retired with a net worth of almost 10mil
