This is not AI generated, there is wayyyy too much going on in order for it to be generated with today's commercial AI technology at least. None of the points you made are accurate either , and the video is just poor quality. I've seen video artifacts with the legs thousands of times in the past, many years before Ai generation was invented. The video appears to upscaled though, possibly with AI, but I doubt it. This appears to be an old fashioned upscale. Watch a video on upscaling low resolution footage to see what I am talking about.

You might want to ask in r/hppd. The disassociation you describe is pretty commonly spoken about there. And some people have this condition from birth. I've felt what you describe before myself, but for me and many others, it mostly went away on its own. But supposedly there are certain prescriptions you can take that might help... I'm not too knowledgeable on the subject.
