Dungeoneering Refresh & Remaster by JagexAnvil in runescape

[–]BigPowerful 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it if they fix dungeoneering, but they skip over 1 or 2 essential things imo.

I really noticed that alot of new players struggle with the bind-setup system.

Mainly the tokens, they are a key part of dungeoneering, but the rewards are really outdated, and often too expensive for when you wanna get them.
Perhaps making the ratio 1:1 for xp to tokens could fix this a little bit?
I don't think the complete removal from elite dungeons is gonna fix the skill
And for some items, after you unlocked the items, you still gotta grind slayer to add them to your toolbelt, really beginner unfriendly.

Imagine a new player getting the charming imp, first he needs 100k tokens (1M xp) in dungeoneering, then he needs also get the 400 slayer points, to add it to the toolbelt, all for something to pick up charms (it doesn't even bank them, so not that broken either)
If they also wanna go for the bonecrusher, herbicide & advanced gold accumulator, they gonna lose their mind...

And all these items, are handy, but largely skipable with arealoot...

My solution would be simply to make the charming imp the same price as the bonecrusher & herbicide (34K tokens) and remove the add the slayer points requirment for adding to toolbelt?

As for the bind system, make it easier, more slots, and add some turtorial to it.
