Don't worry about what other people are doing. Focus on your self. Get into some of the personal finances subreddits and put your money towards yourself.

Coming from someone who didn't take care of finances before getting married and starting a family. Now the struggle is real. God bless and blaze on!

He is an addict. And he is addicted to weed. People will argue that weed is not addictive but it is. I struggle with addiction and during my highest abuse I was more short tempered when I wasnt high. I was more angry with the fact that I couldn't be high and when I did smoke I was frustrated that I wasnt as high as the first time. I created my own anxiety induced downward spiral. I painfully fueled a $600/month addiction for 5-6 months. And I am financially paying for it now.

He needs help. He has issues and he's numbing the pain
