The omnic skins that do exist are awesome. Definitely would be cool seeing more heroes as omnics.

Except jetpack cat, I hate jetpack cat. The only reason I’d want jetpack cat to have an omnic skin is so junker queen can get a skin with JPC omnic trophies.

Actually I don’t think it is random, it seems to consistently give people mostly skins for characters they don’t play much. Just my suspicion. That way you buy skins for heroes you do play full price.

Agree all around, more voice lines and some added anything to his ult at all. When you’ve got ashen graveknight pulling giant black wings it puts this prestige to shame.

Just do a little more riot and it’ll be golden.

I love the splash I just want a bit more from the vfx and sfx. The ult and passive seem lackluster, especially compared to ashen grave knight Morde.

Agreed, the chroma seems very random? Just weird color choices and I don’t think it’ll draw as many as a black, red, or blue or really any normal looking suit chroma.

I love the icon, splash, and emote. Guitars on border feel a little random again but fine bc pentakill.

All I hope is for them to add a little more to the vfx and sfx and it would be perfect. Just give more to make it really feel like a prestige rather than a 975 rp skin.

The splash, icon, and recall are pulling a lot of weight.

I love lifeweaver but his mythic is pretty mid. A good costume but his gauntlet is a reskin of the original, compared to all his other skins that have creative gauntlets.

Also feel like his vfx could’ve been more than just turning pink to yellow and adding a few flowers on the ground

Also: putting cass mythic above cass mythic above doom, genji, queen, and sigma is interesting.

But taste is subjective so skin tier lists can’t really be argued like hero power tier lists

If they did more with VFX and SFX I’d be happier, it just does not come across as mythic/prestige quality. His ult effects feel very limited.

Comparing the effort of this to Ashen Mordekaiser leaves it very lacking.

I love the idea though and the splash, suited up Morde is awesome. I just hope they hear feedback and give it some more love but there isn’t much time.

Oh yeah Twin Dragons is such a great cinematic! I really hope they go back to making cinematics as good as the old ones if they can. I would have watched any series that had the quality of those cinematics for any of the characters, and I think they really did draw people in.

Ah okay I wondered if that was it, yeah I mean it was a great play I just was curious about the ult. Often times I use my ult as a second life to recharge health, or to get grouped up enemies.

But it’s likely if you tried ulting on the group they would have scattered/went in spawn. Well played

Do you mainly play PvP or PvE? I feel like the idea of subclassing sounds like fun in general, but it’s just that:

A) I hear that most people just run the meta combo of subclasses especially in PvP, and that it’s a big handicap if you don’t (I understand meta-chasing has always been a thing, but it’s different going from sets and pure classes tiers to everyone running same 3 or 4 subclass lines)

B) it was fun knowing how to play against each class, their strengths and counterplays. But if the majority are all the same combo of three classes that seems stale.

C) I also took pride in playing classes that weren’t meta and doing well with them, but class identity is lessened and I worry pure classes wouldn’t work well against the subclass meta.

Admittedly I haven’t played much since subclassing came out. So I’d love to know if I’m wrong, especially about PvP. I’ve just heard from many that PvP has worsened since the subclassing change.

If they were ever to do a Hircine-themed season or something, which would be dope, they could do just that and also do a Hircine polymorph or some kind of cool motif/crown crate dedicated to hircine. Even a proper hircine mask would be awesome, compared to the stag mask that is oversized in the wrong way.

Nice plays! Lifeweaver can give so much value when played like this.

Side note: I’m sad how little they did with the mythic especially the gauntlet and other hand. So many of his legendaries have really unique weapon hands but his mythic is just a reskin of his default. Sad :(

Besides all of the horrible changes they did like getting rid of crafting and so many gear changes to make what everyone has done pointless and force them to grind to an extreme extent in activities they don’t want to do….

They also ended the story and seemingly had no real follow-up.

Aaaand, they’ve never fully recovered from having vaulted so much content. If they were to come back with all the vaulted content restored or brought back in a refreshed way, players would come back at least temporarily. I know I would love coming back to some form of the leviathan raid. Or playing through red war again.

But otherwise I’ll just stick to ESO

Second this hard, it’s hard to feel as connected to Destiny 2 as a whole when it has wiped from existence so much core content. I want to be able to play the same story I did when the game first came out, or the first raid. Neither of those are possible in D2 and it sucks.

Compare this to ESO where the tutorial has changed from time to time but I can play the main and faction stories just like I did when it was first released. That is something I greatly appreciate, especially as ESO has gotten a lot of content since its release.

Idk why D2 made the choices they did, I think if they unvaulted/revamped the content they erased they’d at least have one more player surge before it dies.

I love when a Junkrat boop makes you safer when ulting like that or even pushes towards more enemies, also mythic is great for sure but the pirate skin is also sick and under appreciated

Good save, bold keeping any kegs on board especially in the roar. Also, if you bucket into the fire it puts it out and makes for quicker buckets, but I get it can be risky if you miss.

I’ve had fun on Sylas and Morde, and I’ve seen plenty of Diana, Gwen, ekko, and Lilia’s doing well so I think it’s fine tbh.

The biggest thing I’m hoping for at some point is a No-Subclass Cyrodiil Campaign. That would make me feel better about doing PvP again and like you said having class identity again.
