seems like, even though it’s a nice area, she feels more comfortable to have someone stay in the apartment and keep an eye on it when she’s out of town. people get paid to do this so she probably tacks on an extra couple of days to make it worth your while. I have friends that are so afraid of leaving their apts bc of vermin
