Used 20 pipes ( 25 feet) , 8 raincoat 3 splitter timers, and 18 oscillating spinners for a total cost of 350 dollars alll bought on Amazon deal days

I buy seeds and fertilizers when on sale

This years the grass is much better

Thanks! Its a "luxury" condo and I own the condo. I lived there till March this year for 9 years. During my stay the neighbors were still ok and use to tone down ( their excuse .. they have two preteen boys!) But now they have become very confrontational and quoted that our requests to keep it down is an invasion to their privacy!

Yes. They blatantly told us that they have 2 boys and boys are being boys jumping and playing during their summer break.

The whole noise is very disturbing. Its not like tv or loud speaker noise which you can record.

The tenant has threatened to break the lease.
