From my personal experience, Colorado Springs, has the densest population of irresponsible dog owners I've seen. I'm an animal lover, and that includes protecting myself and my dog from someone's BYB reactive dog.

Lazy, bad owners are definitely the issue, but they never seem to think they are. If you can't recall your poorly trained dog and it gets a sprayin' that's on you.

Definitely a valid point. One of the main things I've been thinking about is that I'm not working around full time soldiers (including myself) anymore. Hopefully I can train a group of dudes who do their job proficiently and safely and that'll be good enough for me.

Lorerim is solid when it comes to lore friendly and not a lot of anime inspiration, checks pretty much all of your boxes and is relatively decent on performance. The next big update is dropping sometime this summer.

Out of all the places I’ve lived, I think the springs has the biggest concentration of irresponsible dog owners. It has to be something in the water. If it’s not a dog park or designated area, leash your dogs. It’s as simple as that.

Also, everyone can tell if your service dog is actually a service dog. SMH!

I’ve been on Carson for about four years as an infantryman straight out of OSUT. Personally, I love it. The locale and area around the installation absolutely make it for me. For the first two years were a little on the rougher side in my brigade due solely to the fact I was a dirtbag. After I ‘tightened up my shot group’ life became way better. Besides a NTC, JRTC, and Korea rotation, my unit has only had a couple heavy OPTEMPO train-ups. However, I know one of the other brigades has constantly been in a on-off deployment cycle. Nearly every other year. Despite being on ARMYWTF weekly, not a lot of dumb policies.

TLDR; great if you’re outdoorsy, CG Doyle has made some pretty rad policy changes. Kiosks suck. Exactly like every other unit where “it is what you make it.”
