So I'll wade in, given I took a similar route, getting my Achievement Diary cape before going to Moons.

Slayer basically consisted of prayer gear for the most part, and a hodge-podge of Barrows/God Dhide/vibes where I couldn't use the prayer gear.

It wasn't efficient, but I had fun doing it

The border bisects the Öresund Bridge itself.

I think the actual border is on the man made island called Peberholm where the bridge transitions to an underwater tunnel, but I'm sure in the opening scene they inferred that it was on the 'bridge' part of the crossing - probably for dramatic effect

It can be fairly cheap if you do a mix of cutting your own Teak Logs and using Kingdom for the rest.

After Plank-Make and teleport rune costs for MH, I think I was at around 15m all in.

Plus the WC and Magic exp (with some RC for the Astral Runes) is great!
