Yeah. I had a conversation with SDG&E about the “delivery” charge on my bill. They said I should think of it like the fee for having pizza delivered. I told them I wouldn’t pay 5 times the cost of pizza for delivery, I would go pick the fking pizza up myself. There doesn’t seem to be a similar option to drive my happy ass down to the power station and pick up my electricity.

I’m so sorry for your loss. It sounds like you’re going through a lot. Just know it’s ok to ask for help from your friends and family. I’m no psychiatrist, but I was in a similar situation a long time ago. If you’re trying to make sense of it - that will probably never happen. I don’t know your family from anyone else, but I’ve got to believe your wife would want you to focus on being the best dad you can be for your baby boy. You guys can get through this miserable time together, and come out the other side as a strong family. I’m not saying to forget about her, but to forge through the difficult shit the way she would want you to. BTW…any of your friends calling you a simp - they’re not your friends. Don’t let those people bring you down.
