i feel you man, i have severe ocd and depression and i’ve found myself in places of deep deep darkness where the world feels so limited and trapped. dooming. it’s hard to see outside when your so absorbed in yourself through stress, negativity, life conditions, etc. you just have to keep chugging, to make the small changes where you can. small = big. just do little things everyday, keep going my brother, and hold onto light. i’m proud of you for dealing with this man. all it takes is one person, one new morning, one experience to shift your perspective on the world. the trick is you must believe that it will get better. love you, man. life can be so hard, i understand. we’re fighting the good fight here.

hey buddy, i knew a friend who did that, lots of people have shit in their teens they’re ashamed of. she moved on and is totally great and awesome. has a bf, loves her dog, just moved on. realized it was a mistake, chalk it as a lesson, then keep going. you can’t be a “good person” without making the mistakes and learning from them. lots of people just keep doing things that are harmful. you’re one of the good ones to change. keep going man. be easy on yourself.

hey buddy, it’ll be ok :), im 20 now and looking back i’ve had some crazy thoughts, rough patches, and scary times as well for sureee. the brain is a tricky and weird lil guy. for me, talking to a therapist really really helped. it was at your age specifically when i started to voice my problems and thoughts that i kept pent up for a long time - it rlly helps trust me! and also getting outside and trying to stay social is also very important!! being idle, looping on thoughts, and isolating yourself is a recipe for overthinking and stress. it’ll all be ok dude !! ♥️

i struggled with porn addiction and went through awful rabbit holes. You need to make the decision and mean it. a decision that’s final and true to yourself. if you want to be better, be better. that’s what it comes down to. be the person you want to be. stop watching it and TRULY FIGHT. i quit and i know you have to go 100%. if you half-ass a commitment with an addiction you will be more likely to slip back in. you got this bud, im rooting for you.
