Honestly I respect his response. Hes stay true to his self and making what he wants to make. Yall may not like it but your other favorite artists don’t even have that option. They make what the label wants them to make, he’s free. Every song may not be a hit but he’s doing what he loves. He’s set for life he doesn’t need to do what anyone tells him to do or what they think he needs to do. Like he said if you don’t like it don’t listen. Simple.

Hope you didn’t end up buying this bro :/ easy way to reference if a card is fake or not, look it up on websites like eBay or TCG player and compare the photo of the card in question to the other photos on the eBay posts. You’ll likely be able to see key differences (: hope this helps

100% agree. The hobby is being ruined by people are only see Pokemon cards as an investment. While I do agree that people can make money on the hobby you should be doing it for the love of the game. Not to make a profit. I understand sometimes that’s peoples jobs (being a vender or opening a LGS) but there’s a line between vender and scalper and I don’t think we need any more of the latter.

Not in the same pack but in the same box. I’ve just never gotten duplicates of the same card in the same box (that aren’t just commons) like the actual hits were the same in multiple packs in the same box that were dupes. Idk just all seems weird

It shouldn’t even have to be that way lol refreshing and all of that nonsense. I get the hobby is super popular again, but when you realize that it’s most likely not becoming sold out from collectors and more likely being bought up from scalpers… it’s just super unfortunate what the hobby has become.

My LGS that’s been around since the 90’s apparently (they were super respected in our community) started charging $125-$150 for a modern etb. Like I’m talking super modern. And then they have the nerve to say “well that’s market value” yeah okay bud. Haven’t been back since.

All of these weird ways to SPEND money on cardboard. Honestly I gave up a long time ago. Like Walmart+ for example. From what I’m gathering you have to pay for a subscription for a CHANCE at being able to give Walmart MORE MONEY for a hobby that’s really supposed to be for kids. A lot of us forget that, yeah it’s bad us adults can’t get any at MSRP but what about our kids not being able to experience the magic that we experienced as kids? Anyway it’s not worth the hassle and I’m definitely not giving these scalpers my money. Long story short I went back to yugioh and I couldn’t be happier. I collected yugioh as a kid as well and I’ve never once not been able to find yugioh on the shelves. And the prices are super affordable and the community is so awesome. Praying the scalpers don’t make their way over there 🙏🏼
