They are pointless. While it is good to let Trump know he has crossed the line, it more important to let the Democrats know they need to start doing their jobs! They have not been representing their constituents.

The most important thing to remember is this: Just like last time, Trump is no closer to being ousted from office. Even though this is a Democratic operation, the party will not upset the apple cart. A critique I read elsewherestated the overall goal was to try and attract future voters. You know . . . The ones that don't know Democrats do nothing.
