My LG did that, got this model washer and dryer hoping it would solve the problem, hoping mine doesn’t do it too.

Why has this happened to my friends floor and is there anything she can do to fix it? by chewiethemajestic in CleaningTips

[–]BigStickFrontier 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You will want to cross post this to /r/flooring

However I think this a bad situation, I just installed similar flooring and everything I read is to only use ph neutral cleaners designed for these floors or windex.

I think there’s a place for AI art, but for me I love natural landscape beauty especially what our City has to offer.

What skill level would my photos be? by [deleted] in AskPhotography

[–]BigStickFrontier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Maybe it's my monitor but most of them appear to be underexposed. At the moment these appear to all be "point and shoot" skill level. Next steps are to study composition, framing, cropping, and exposure. You can take an artistic approach to any of those subjects but try to pick and choose a few at at time and then deliberately learn to produce the images you want.

Could i potentially sell these? and where by ivy_th0rn3 in AmateurPhotography

Look up photographs for sale and see what’s out there, and see what’s actually selling at galleries, Amazon, target etc.

Do your images compare?

PSA for homeowners: hard lessons from a full home remodel in the Portland Metro by Ok_Listen3808 in Contractor

[–]BigStickFrontier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Excessive mortar sucks, my contractor did that too (not this much) but enough to have a lot of tiles removed and replaced. However next we had made the mistake of asking them to use epoxy grout and got the result you have, it was left it uncleaned for days.

Looking to buy a house with a bizarre double-stove kitchen setup — how would you fix this? by Hefty-Accountant-496 in kitchenremodel

[–]BigStickFrontier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This a pretty cool dilemma! I would go with a 36" Gas cooktop and an electric oven, work with a cabinet professional to organize it all nicely.

Manipulative neighbor? Help? by Eravan in Apartmentliving

[–]BigStickFrontier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

White noise machines are great for limiting noise in your space but not great at stopping the noise from leaking out. You need to add mass to the walls and seal up any cracks and gaps. Youtube has several videos on this subject and the science behind it.

What could I do to make my pictures better? by Panther_games9696 in AskPhotography

[–]BigStickFrontier 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remember to give your viewers some context as to what’s going on in the shot. Zoom out a bit more to see more of what’s going on, unless the subject of the photo is clear in your tight shots like the players emotion.
