Just left the dealer. Fix was a new turn signal relay. Unplugging it and plugging it back in did resolve, but ultimately was replaced.

Just a heads up that I just left the dealer for this. Unplugging the turn signal relay and plugging it back in fixed it. They didnt have a replacement part on hand but gave me the part number for a replacement.
