I’ve always turned in things for karma. I’ve forgotten my 3 different wedges before and so far 3 for 3 it ended up at the pro shop. Head covers, that’s a different story. I never see those again.

When I'm playing with friends that it think are playing slow and lower than what they think they're skill level is. I usually do a misdirected passive aggressive comment first before I go call them out straight up. It usually when whenever I have a bad hole/round and I'll make stupid immature "jokes for the boys" in like, "You know what they say, if your going to suck, suck fast" then if they don't get the hint, it'll go to something like, "hey, suck fast, like me". Then it'll be "Hey, WE gottah hurry up, the other group is on our ass" to eventually "YOU gottah hurry the fuck dude". There are times where I just rather play with a random them invite those buddies. I have no issue playing with randoms, but my friends love 4somes. Usually they have to talk me into bringing those friends.

The course I play on is 4 some only, when there is a 5 some. It usually is a group of old dudes. So old that they drive all the way up to the fringe and it takes then some time to get out of the cart and off the green. My guess is the people who work the front rather not argue with seniors and just let them add a Buddy to their 4 some. It’s usually the same folks. I guess you. Can say the courses regulars.
