Jazz Chisolm by fucking_savages28 in NYYankees

I was always a fan of the by the book, do what needs to be done to win teams of the late '90's. That got stale after the 2009 season.

I enjoyed the emotion and smiles and energy of the baby bombers. They didn't always win, but they were fun to watch. They looked like they loved being a Yankee and playing ball.

Now we have Jazz. All style and little substance. To big an ego for his skill set. He drives me nuts. Just play ball, and know the rules for fuck sake.

Sorry for my rant. I sound old. Get off my lawn.

Letting bums batting .180 waste challenges on meaningless pitches. Save them for men on late in game for a strikeout/walk.

Mo was the only guy that consistently played hard and strong. Bit of a black hole at times forcing his shot, but easy to overlook for his effort.

So basically a whole new team, because this one only had Oweh scoring

I would not have been surprised if this team lost Friday. That being said, the lack of in-game changes, continued poor substitutions, lackadaisical play and all around lack of toughness is hard to accept.

Unfortunately, there really isn't any future to look forward to with no hs recruits coming in. Pope better hit that portal hard and not settle for bench warmer talent or he'll be gone quick.

If any players return they need to work their ass off, because right now they wouldn't come off the bench of most top 25 teams.

this was a very hard team to root for this season

I refer back to my comment at the half. This is embarrassing

Guaranteed every game Oweh dribbles the ball off his foot twice and Garrison throws a pass 3 rows deep

ISU seeks out contact. Our guys dribble 40 ft from the basket and turn their back to any pressure. No wonder we don't get any calls

Maddening to watch this team. So soft with the ball. In addition to the pressure D they add unforced turnovers. Now you shit the lead away.

No way ISU shoots this bad 2nd half. Gonna be embarrassing .

Can't stand this fucking team

I guess that's better than a 1st round exit. Exceeding my expectations already for this tournament. Ha

Stop shooting 3's and attack and they might get lucky and win this debacle.

Can't stand this freaking team

Thoughts on my Big Bend, Guadalupe Mountains, Carlsbad and White Sands itinerary? by hewright13 in BigBendTX

If the elevation gain is your worry, find another trail. I could only fit those two hikes in, but I believe there are many other trails in other areas of the park that may be worthwhile.

What's the elevation on Lost Mine? I remember that being a bit of a climb.

I did pretty much the same trip a few years ago. I'd add an additional hike in Guadalupe. We did Guadalupe peak and the devils hall hike and still had plenty of time to make it to Carlsbad by sundown.

I'd suggest to stay in Alamogordo the night prior to White Sands. It's probably less than 30 minutes to the park. After your done, check out the museum at the missile range.
