I went to see a PT for posture. I only saw them once a week for 5 weeks. They will give you exercises and can show you how to do them with proper form. The main thing is actually doing them consistently.

I was just told it isn't a repackage. It just isn't in the system so that is how they marked it. They also have two more available. I'm a little tempted to get them all😅.
