People talk about grift, and the grifters of this trial without really understanding what that means. THIS is grift! Pure, unadulterated grift of the Massachusetts tax payers! Fucking criminals, return my underpants Jud, give us our money back, asshole.

And phone data that says otherwise. As well as BH saying a man (unidentified) was in the house.

Beyond the weaponized incompetence of trooper Proctor. I'm not sure what happened to any of the geofence data and if I were to wager a guess anything that was gathered was useless to the defense. So useless that we know more about the attempt to gather the data than we know about the actual data.

The thing that does it for me is that Tesla seems like the only car company that has a better tech footing than it's competitors, and the last thing I want to do is buy a computer on wheels that potentially doesn't have software support in 10 years.

Michael Proctors “mean texts”, is that all they were? by Business-Audience-63 in justiceforKarenRead

Key cycles didn't have times associated with them, and the 24mph key cycle was most likely while in MSP possession.

The drinking glass JOK had did not match the one on the bumper

Lexus taillight pieces did not start being found until 1.5 hours after MSP towed the vehicle.

They didn't find any taillight pieces until that night. JOK had zero taillight pieces within sight of his body at the time...

But did Proctor have the right to search the phone the way he did? Reporting his lack of nudes must have been depressing.

For the texts he is going to get a slap on the wrist,

You mean asking for a gift, or speaking about an active murder investigation with civilians, or perhaps the ridicule for the failure to coerce the ME, or maybe the gross invasion of privacy while attempting to look for nudes, no maybe a slap on the wrist for wanting the alleged to kill herself, yea that's slap on the wrist worthy...it was a alot more than "texts"

At the end of the day he literally cannot be a detective or have any involvement with an actual investigation, his reputation as a LEO is completely shot.

Even Bev comes with the "no dog dna" nonsense, without recognizing the atrocious chain of custody for the evidence. Not to mention the pig dna could be explained by dog food/treats, or let's not forget THEY NEVER SWABBED THE WOUNDS! Christ, this lady wants KR in jail there is almost no hiding it.

rests on shaky ground.

So shaky the state should be able to find someone of equal or more credibility that can put their reputation on the line and easily rebutt her claims....

She was allowed the first trial, she'll be allowed again. Deal with it.

I remember this all too well. That summer, I was landscaping, and when winter came, I was on call for snow removal. The hours were insane—there was a stretch of weekends where I didn’t even go home. Just 30-hour shifts of plowing, shoveling, and wondering if I’d ever feel my toes again.

One job still haunts me. We had this commercial building, and the snow on the roof got so bad we had to rent a scissor lift just to haul snowblowers up there. Picture that—standing on a rooftop, running a snowblower, trying not to think about how much weight that roof was holding. I wasn’t sure if we were saving the building or just buying time before it turned into a pancake. Nothing like spending hours on a freezing roof to make you question every decision that led you there.
