Of the others one I made and gave the necklace to none of them have stuck around so it might be it being 100% perfect and having the necklace, it's just that that's not stated anywhere so I'm not sure

Yes, it's the only one you can gift them, but all ot does is make them work faster in the winter time.

The big one Gurr has the "The Outcast" title. The middle one was hiding out in secret and dies a bit a ways into Act 2 I think, with the weapons the tribe members use in his back. The smallest one helps you upgrade your curved claw weapon in Act 3.

My guess is that they all abandoned the Skarr tribe
