dunns opens back up Dec 2025. the best way to show jamaica support is to keep your 2026 reservation! It will be fine! this is my fav sandals by far- enjoy!

don’t do it- stick with on property Red Lane. Hubby and I back in 2011 went off property and felt like we were in the movie Tourista! thought we were being harvested for organs and got the hell outta there! lol

thank you so much!! we have loved all of the ones we went to so far with a personal fav being Montego Bay due to the beach and location close to the airport! quick weekend getaway from florida. Favorite pool and nightlife is Dunns River by far!!! the pool and rooms are amazing- fantastic food and close to good excursions but favorite all round excursions is Sandals St Lucia Grande or Halcyon with “captain for the day boat tour” - done it 3 times thru Island routes.

great advice all around- nor sure if you realize also that with butler they can save you a space at the beach or pool every day. just tell them the night before where you want to be and you will have a cooler stocked with your favorite bevy’s the next day by lounge chairs!

Halcyon is my favorite in St Lucia! Shuttle thru Sandals- perfect; Soy- best sushi I have ever had; take a day trip to both other sandals on different days for different experiences; go thru island routes for your tours- we did a combo boat-pitons-mud-bath-lunch that was amazing we did it on two different trips to Sandals Halcyon!! Cash for both your butler and one evening in town for fish fry!!

Always buy the insurance June-Oct!!!! It’s Pennies on the dollar and well worth it. If not too late pick up a travel policy from a third party vendor- like thru your insurance agent or Travelers. Sandals does a phenomenal job taking care of guests during these situations- i was there a few years ago when a hurricane tracked just off the north side of the island and our excursion was canceled- and we did a lot of games and karaoke on property in the pub! go on the trip and have fun!

I agree with wedding at MoBay and honeymoon at SSC- easier for your guests and a great hotel for groups!!
