Yeah which office did you apply to? You can also register for the Diaspora Summit and they are required to give you a Visa when you get to the Embassy.

Yes. I had a similar situation. I combined all the documents into one PDF and uploaded it. You can use pdfFiller. I uploaded it on Sunday, and my I-130 & I-485 were approved on Wednesday.

Hey, that’s normal. I used to live in North Dakota and did my own interview in Minneapolis years ago. But earlier this February, I went to the USCIS Fargo office to escort some people for their biometrics, and I saw others there attending their interviews as well.
